The following Refund and cancellation Policy describes how, TheSportsIndia.in (owned by M/s. ArSquare Development Private Ltd and affiliates, “we, “us” or “our”) process refund and return requests, that we obtain through TheSportsIndia.in
REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUESTS
- All refund/exchange requests are to be processed through the Website.
- Users can submit the refund/exchange request, however the acceptance of the same is on our discretion.
- Refund requests will take 14 working days to process and will be credited to the respective bank accounts.
- Exchanges will be allowed only if the product is found to be faulty/damaged/defected. In case of a replacement of the same model, no additional cost will be charged.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
